Pricing

No sticker price.
Just a real talk.

Every accelerator, studio, and fund runs a different shape of batch. We don't do public tiers — we scope custom partnerships with operators who are serious about seeing the whole portfolio.

We're not trying to be the cheapest lens on the market.

We're trying to be the one you can't run demo day without.

How we scope

Three questions,
one custom fit.

01

Your batch, not our template

Twelve companies or eighty. One cohort or four a year. We price to how you actually run the program — not a generic seat count.

02

What you need to see

Command center only, or deep integrations, mentor routing, demo-day scoring, portfolio-wide views. Scope follows signal, not upsell.

03

How you roll out

Pilot with half the batch first. Full cohort on day one. White-glove onboarding for your ops team. Timeline shapes the deal.

We're selective

Picky on purpose.
Better that way.

Stealth mode isn't just the website — it's how we work. We take on fewer programs, go deeper, and build pricing around your batch instead of forcing you into a plan card.

Start the conversation

We say yes to

  • Operators who feel the batch — not committees buying shelfware
  • Programs with real companies, real demo days, real stakes
  • Teams willing to connect tools and let evidence do the talking
  • Partners who want a long run, not a quarter-long experiment

Not yet

  • Shopping for the cheapest dashboard on the market
  • Needing a CRM, cap table, or fundraising pipeline
  • Programs with no operator in the room week to week
Straight answers

The stuff people actually ask.

So… what's it cost?

Enough to be taken seriously, scoped to your program. We don't publish numbers because no two batches look alike. Twenty minutes on a call and you'll have a clear range — no games.

Do founders pay?

Never. You buy Crucible for the program or fund. Founders get access because you put them in the furnace — not because we nickel-and-dime seats.

Is there a pilot?

Usually, yes — a tight pilot with part of your batch so you can see signal before you commit. We'll propose timing on the call.

Why be picky?

Crucible only works when someone is watching the batch and acting on what they see. We'd rather do right by ten programs than spray-and-pray at a hundred.

Bring your batch.
We'll bring the numbers.

One call. Your cohort size, your integrations, your timeline — we'll tell you exactly what it looks like to run Crucible with you. No deck circus.
